What we offer

We provide employees with a generous annual leave entitlement and an excellent pension scheme contributions.

We operate a hybrid working policy. All staff are required to come to the office 2 days per week, with Thursdays being our core day when everyone is in the building.

We have great training and career development opportunities, excellent annual leave, plus everyone gets up to 3 volunteering days a year to partake in charitable works for a registered charity of your choice.

We also have a great family friendly allowance including 12 months maternity leave with 18 weeks at full pay and a further 18 weeks at 50%.
